Too often women tend to the needs of others at the expense of themselves, taking care of everyone else, and in so doing end up suppressing a part of themselves. In order to be truly happy, however, we need to embrace and nurture our many different facets. In today’s episode I discuss the pieces that make up the whole women – archetypes -- and how we can start making sure we’re embracing and nurturing our whole selves.
I also mention the Women’s Happiness Summit, which is being held online from June 17 – June 20, 2019. In the Women’s Happiness Summit you’ll be able to watch 24 interviews with experts discussing different aspects of women’s happiness. Registration is completely free, so if you have not yet registered, I invite you to go to http://womenshappinesssummit.com and register. If you’re listening to this after June 20, you can still head over there and get the recordings that you will have missed.
I also mention my fourth annual Goddess Girls Retreat, which I’m holding in South Beach (Miami Beach, Florida), the first weekend in August. If you’re interested in learning more about it, go to http://goddessgirlsretreat.com. As of the recording of this episode there are still spots available.
I mention a favorite book of mine, The Mists of Avalon, which you can get at Amazon [https://amzn.to/2WDhHqt].
