208 A Very Personal Update

These last few months have been full of turmoil, both politically here in the US and personally, in my own life. Last year held some of the highest highs for me. This year… some of the lowest lows. And so, in today’s episode, I’m giving you a very personal update on what’s been going on in my life, including:

• My father’s Alzheimer’s
• The pushback and grief I’ve received from some of my own family members as I’ve shown up as my full self
• The major transformations that I’ve been undergoing this past year in my business, but more importantly, in what I’m here on Earth to DO
• The support that I’ve received from my own coach and from sisterhood
• A revelation that I had about my own “naked” truth
• My self-marriage ceremony in which I married my dark side
• The value of sacred, righteous anger
