I’ve had traumas, both “little t and big T traumas,” and I’m sure you have, too. I also have a history of anxiety. However, what I also have are tools to help me work with my nervous system, to work with the traumas, to manage my anxiety, so that I can forge ahead and live my purpose and help women all over the world to live their own purpose.
